The DAHSS Unconference will be Friday, 14th September 2018
Venue: Merchant Venturers Building, Woodland Rd, University of Bristol
An unconference is designed to respond to the needs, interests and expertise of the people who participate in it. The DAHSS Unconference will be a facilitated day focused on the topic of Skills and Tools for Researchers in the Digital Age. It will include provocations and input from leading digital specialists. It is expected that sessions will focus on learning related to the digital skills and approaches that started developing during the summer school. The DAHSS Unconference will be hosted by our partners, Bird & Gorton.
The Unconference kick-starts DAHSS’s commitment to a legacy, and having impact on how digital training is made available to Arts and Humanities students. We hope that you will not just learn more skills at the Unconference, but also be inspired to disseminate your knowledge at your home institution and beyond.
The DAHSS Unconference is compulsory for students who attend the Summer School but up to fifty additional places are available. If you don’t get a place on the Summer School, you may still be offered an Unconference place.
